How to Obtain a Copy of Your Credit File
As a consumer, you are entitled to receive a copy of all personal information we held on you. You can request a copy of this information by downloading and completing the enquiry form below. Please send the completed form to us along with a copy of a valid form of identification such as a driving license or passport. Please send the form via post to LendProtect UK Limited, Sheffield Technology Parks, Cooper Buildings, Arundel St, Sheffield, S1 2NS.
Under Section 45 of the Data Protection Act 2018, you may have a right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed by us and, where we are processing your personal data, access to that personal data and other information we are required to disclose under the Data Protection Act 2018.
Timeframes and fees
Once we receive your completed form, we will send you a copy of the information on file within one month of the request (unless, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests we receive, where necessary we need to extend this period by up to two further months, in which case we will notify you of the length of and reason for this extension).
We attempt to resolve all enquiries to your satisfaction. However, if you want to make a complaint, we will give it our full attention.

Step 2: What we do next
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days, and attempt to resolve all complaints within 10 working days. We will notify you within 28 days of receiving your complaint of the final results or our investigation.
